Your login password and two-factor authentication protect access. We encrypt all account data in transit and at rest. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and we'll freeze your account pending verification.

Data Retention

We keep account records, transaction logs and chat history for 12 months after closure. This supports withdrawal verification, dispute resolution and compliance with local financial rules where your account operated.

Our core terms stay the same for all players, but region-specific rules may apply depending on local law. If your region changes or local regulations update, we'll notify you and may adjust withdrawal limits or payment methods. Your current account agreement remains valid unless we announce changes 30 days in advance.

Inactive accounts remain open indefinitely. Your funds stay in your wallet. However, if you don't log in for 12 months, we may reach out to confirm you still want to keep the account. After 24 months of inactivity, we may close it and prepare a withdrawal of any remaining balance to your registered payment method.

After you transfer funds, check your wallet inside the lobby within 60 seconds. DANA and OVO deposits almost always appear instantly. If your balance hasn't updated in 2 minutes, refresh the page or contact support with your transaction ID from your payment app.
